Pulled Pork Sliders

Warning! These sliders are highly addictive, you have to make the no mayo slaw to go with them! Use extra pork for quesadillas or my recipe for pork tamales.

Ingredients:
5lb bone-in pork shoulder roast

Dry Ingredients:
3 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon cumin

3 Tablespoons BBQ rub (I prefer John Henry's Bubba rub) but if its not available to you, you can use any sweet and spicy rub.
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
6 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Franks hot sauce
12 Hawaiian rolls, split and toasted
No mayo slaw

Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients and coat and massage into the pork, place into slow cooker fat side up. Turn on low for 6-8hrs until meat easily shreds with a fork.

2. Discard bone and shred pork.

3. Mix vinegar, hot sauce and sugar in a large bowl until sugar is dissolve, now add pork and seasoning, stir until everything is combined.

4. Load up sliders with a generous amount of pork, then top with slaw and return top buns.

Enjoy!
