Meatloaf Melt

What's better than having meatloaf the first night? Making meatloaf sandwiches the next day. Buttery toasty bread with cheddar cheese! Yummmmm!

Left over meatloaf
2 slices of cheddar cheese or American cheese
1 teaspoon softened butter
2 slices of bread

1. Heat small skillet to medium-high heat. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Put one slice butter-side down onto the skillet and place a piece of cheese then a thick piece of meatloaf then another piece of cheese; lastly the second slice of bread butter side up. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cut diagonally and is best served with BBQ chips.
